Profesor Titular de Universidad, finally…

It was quite a way to go, but finally I passed the “OPOSICIÓN” to become Associate Professor and civil servant at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Two oral examinations of 90+90 min and 60+90 min, all in Spanish, are in the history books. Compared to my Habilitation at the Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany, this was definitely the more challenging task. However, I made it without any reservations of the Commission. Seems as if 2019 has some nice surprises for me. Keep on going 2019…
