We welcome Eduardo y Cristina

We are very happy to welcome two new students, Cristina Molinero and Eduardo Pastor, in our lab. They joint the team last week and decided to carry out their Master projects with us. Cristina will join forces with Paloma working on an AP2/ERF transcription factor, while Eduardo will be collaborating with Pepe and work, among others, on a bHLH transcription factor. Both factors were previously identified by Pepe taking a GWAS approach in a project that we are currently running in collaboration with the labs of Jesús Vicente-Carbajosa at the CBGP, and Carlos Alonso Blanco and Javier Paz-Ares from the CNB in the framework of the Severo Ochoa project of the CBGP. We are really looking forward to get the first data from this series of experiments.
